Impact-Oriented Careers | Harvard and Fulbright Grad | 75% HBS Acceptance
Hello, I’m Amos, and I help high-achievers navigate career pivots with a mindful lens, MBA admissions, and a more grounded, sustainable way to succeed. I’m a Harvard MBA and Fulbright Scholar, and I was also accepted to Stanford GSB, MIT Sloan, Columbia, and Yale SOM, and was a Gates Cambridge and Yenching Academy finalist. I’ve spent much of my life searching for meaning and purpose, from Wall Street to the U.S. Army, to NGOs and humanitarian aid, and development finance across East Africa and conflict-affected regions of the Middle East. Across these experiences, one theme has consistently emerged: external success, money, and even impact don’t automatically translate into fulfillment. Fulfillment is an internal journey, one that requires reflection not just in the mind, but in the body as well. I believe coaching isn’t just about optimizing your next move or chasing the right title. It’s an opportunity to slow down and honestly reflect on: - What actually matters to you - What kind of life you want to be living, not just what looks good on paper - How to pursue ambition without burning yourself out or losing yourself along the way I help people combine practical strategy with presence and embodiment, so progress doesn’t just look good, it actually feels right. Together, we turn your goals into concrete actions while staying connected to your values, nervous system, and sense of meaning. When helpful, this may include meditation, somatic practices, or yoga. Wherever you are in your career, education, or life transition, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and deeper alignment. Here are some of the ways I work with clients: - Career pivots and major decision-making - Building resilience and preventing burnout in demanding roles - MBA, prestigious fellowship, and service academy admissions - School selection, essay ideation, and interview preparation Life isn’t easy, and it isn’t supposed to be. But if you’re serious about building a life that feels both meaningful and ambitious, I’d love to explore what that could look like together. Feel free to reach out or schedule a no-pressure conversation to see if this work feels like a good fit.
