About Aman
I’m a product leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling 0→1 and multi-billion-dollar platforms across fintech, crypto, lending, and payments. Currently, I’m Director of Product at Galaxy Digital, where I lead lending and trading product management for GalaxyOne, the firm’s retail platform. Previously, I led payments platforms at Ripple Labs (>$10B annual volume, $100M+ cost savings), and built lending and risk products at BlockFi and Amazon.  I also hold an MBA from Duke Fuqua School of Business, where I received a merit scholarship (top <1%) and was admitted to multiple top 10 MBA programs.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen how opaque and uneven these processes can be even for strong candidates. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with incredibly talented people who struggled not because they lacked ability, but because they didn’t know how to position their experience, tell their story, or navigate interviews the “right” way. I’ve also been fortunate to have mentors who helped me at key inflection points from MBA admissions to leadership roles and that made a disproportionate difference in my trajectory. Coaching, for me, is a way to pass that forward. I focus on helping people bring out the best version of their experience clearly, confidently, and in a way that resonates with how hiring and admissions decisions are actually made.
