We'll start with a real conversation, where you are in your career, what you're working toward, and what's actually getting in the way. Whether that's building a case for promotion, growing into more ownership, or just figuring out what's next, we'll use this first session to get clear on it together. I've coached designers professionally, mentored within teams at every company I've worked at, and stayed active in design community networks, so I've seen a lot of different versions of this conversation. There's no single script, we'll work from where you actually are. What we'll cover: • A real conversation about where you are and where you want to go • Identifying what's actually in your way, skill gaps, visibility, confidence, or something else • A concrete next step you can act on right away • A plan for what's next, solo or with continued support

I love to help out, that's what this is really about for me. This is actually my special sauce, I've coached designers professionally in the past, and getting to do it again is something I'm genuinely excited about. I'll be honest with you about what I'm seeing, not just encouraging. And I'll meet you where you actually are, not where a generic career framework says you should be. Career coaching like this tends to be most valuable over a few sessions, not just one. If it feels useful after our first session, that's often where the real progress starts.
Sessions are booked for 45 minutes. If you have something specific on your mind, a promotion case, a decision you're stuck on, feel free to send a quick note before our session so I can come prepared. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. This works best as an ongoing conversation, not a one-time fix. If you book 3 or more sessions, you'll get 10% off.
