I'm a Harvard Business School MBA, former Wall Street trader, founder, and lifelong believer that great opportunities rarely go to the most qualified person on paper. They go to the person who knows how to tell a compelling story about who they are, what they've done, and where they're headed. As a first-generation Nigerian American, Division I athlete, and one of very few women in a highly technical trading role, I've spent my career breaking into spaces where I wasn't the obvious candidate. Along the way, I've learned how to identify what makes someone stand out, position their experiences strategically, and build the confidence to own their story. I've recruited for some of the most competitive firms and opportunities in business and finance, including Wall Street, consulting, and Harvard Business School, but most importantly, I've spent years mentoring students, career switchers, and aspiring founders through pivotal transitions of their own.
