Land a job interview and pressed for time to prepare? This is a specially-designed package for urgent job interviews. Within 72 hours* of receipt, I will prepare a customized set of interview questions after review of your application documents (CV/Resume and Cover Letter and job posting). We will then host an 2 in-depth mock interviews of 16-20 questions, covering a mix of question types including: - Introductory - Motivation/Fit - Behavioural - Situational - Competency Session 1 will focus on a mix of each with session 2 either revisiting weaker questions or different questions from each set. Additionally, you are welcome to suggest specific questions that you'd like to practice in advance. Our sessions can take one of three formats: 1) Working session: we discuss how to approach and construct answers 2) Mock interview: you come ready to recite answers in a role-playing format 3) Blended approach: a mix of the above, dictated by your comfort level/preparedness The process is simple! Book a session and immediately provide the below documents: 1) Real/Sample Job Posting (PDF) or description of targeted industry, role, and geography 2) CV/Resume (any format) 3) Cover Letter (any format) 4) any other pertinent documents 5) your interview preferences: i) my choice of interview Qs or provided preferred questions and ii) preferred format, working/mock/blended I will provide thorough feedback throughout the session, focusing on structure, length, content, and overall delivery.
