As a current M.D./Ph.D. student at the University of Miami School of Medicine and a dedicated researcher at the University of Miami and Miami Cancer Institute, I bring a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience to the medical school admissions process including MSTP (M.D./Ph.D. Program) admissions. With a background in Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh, where I graduated summa cum laude and was actively involved in research and teaching, I have a strong foundation in the sciences. About Alex
I am an MD/PhD candidate at the University of Miami. My interests lie in dermatology, molecular virology, and clinical trial design. I have provided medical application coaching to greater than 50 applicants including pre-medical students, medical students, and residency applicants.
Why do I coach?
I have been fortunate to have had fantastic mentors and teachers throughout my medical journey and hope to contribute to an amazing community. I have helped more than a dozen students with medical school applications, including acceptances at top-tier medical programs such as the University of Pennsylvania, University of Pittsburgh, and University of Miami. I also specialize in personal statement coaching and essay support for all types of medical applicants.
