About Albert
I'm a CPA, former PwC, FP&A Manager with 12 years in finance. I'm doing my MBA at Chicago Booth and currently coach senior finance professionals on AI workflows at AI Finance Club. I have coached more than 200 CFOs and Senior Finance Leaders for AI Finance; and delivered AI training to Global Leading Institutions like AllianzGI, the global asset management arm of Allianz SE — a Fortune Global 500 company ranked in the top 50 worldwide; and professional bodies like CFA Society as well. I also run Axiom FP&A, building institutional-grade AI workflows for finance teams.
Why do I coach?
My coaching started from necessity, not curiosity. I joined a Belgian company where the finance function had been vacant for several months — no handover, no documentation, and a stack of recurring reports that all required heavy manual work. Nobody could teach me the process because nobody was there. So I turned to AI almost out of desperation, and very quickly it became my mentor. It walked me through the manual workflows and then helped me automate them. At one point it even taught me how to use a Python D365 connector to pull data directly from the ERP and auto-populate Excel. That was the moment it clicked for me — this isn't a toy, this is leverage. From there I just kept going deeper. Then I met Nicolas Boucher, founder of the AI Finance Club, and he's been incredibly kind to me — he's referred clients my way and vouched for me when I had no track record in this space. So a lot of the doors that opened early on opened because Nicolas opened them. I owe him a lot.
