Most candidates handle cases fine but lose offers on the personal experience interview. This is where I specialize. We’ll catalog your experiences, identify the 6–8 stories that showcase your potential as an inspirational leader, refine each against the traits firms screen for (Connection, Drive, Leadership, Growth), and rehearse delivery until they land naturally. My role is to serve as a mirror to aid reflection, synthesize to help pick out key themes, and challenge you to be your best — your stories have to come from you, because authentic stories are the ones that work in real interviews. As a former hiring manager, I evaluated these exact stories on the other side of the table; as an ICF-certified coach, I help you uncover what makes you compelling. This is my specialty, and I'm one of the only coaches at Leland that leans into it.
