Package Description:
An all-inclusive package meant to help you develop your strongest stories for behavioral interviews. The package includes conversations to help you reflect on your past experiences, a strategic set-up to help you understand the 'why' of behavioral interviews and what makes a strong story, and in-depth reviews and co-development of your stories to ensure they are focused on the traits you want to display on interview day. Packages should be adjusted based on the extent to which you have prepared stories prior to the first session, with 20 hours representing a 'from-scratch' coaching engagement.
