About Adrian

Originally from Toronto, Canada, I came to the US as a varsity baseball recruit for Washington University in St. Louis. After struggling to secure playing time for 2 years, I quit the team and refocused my energy on landing a management consulting job. Only one problem: I SUCKED at case interviews. Determined to prove to myself that I was capable, I set out to master case interviewing. Hundreds of hours later, I ended up with: ‣ My dream job at McKinsey ‣ A uniquely deep understanding of case interviews + how to systematically improve ‣ A clearer approach to thinking / problem-solving in general ‣ A belief that nearly anyone can master case interviewing, and ‣ A passion for helping others do so I've since left McKinsey to lead strategy and operations teams at mission-driven startups in education and healthcare. I'm passionate about mental health, entrepreneurship, and haircutting (hair stylist of 10+ years; long story). Hope we get to work together :-)
