About Aditi
I’m a Stanford MBA and Master’s in Education graduate passionate about helping people unlock opportunities through education and meaningful careers. Before Stanford, I worked across strategy, operations, venture capital, and international business. At Teachmint, I led international expansion across APAC and the Middle East, helping launch new markets and shape global go-to-market strategy. I also invested in early-stage startups at White Venture Capital and previously held multiple leadership roles at ITC across supply chain, product strategy, and category management. At Stanford, I’ve served as Co-President of the Education Club and Women in Management, an MBA Admissions Ambassador, and a member of the Admit Weekend Committee, giving me firsthand insight into what makes applicants stand out. Whether you’re applying to business school, exploring education careers, preparing for interviews, or navigating career transitions, my goal is to help you tell your story with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Why do I coach?
Growing up in a small town in India, higher education felt like an aspiration rather than an expectation. Mentors and people who believed in me changed the trajectory of my life, from IIT Bombay to Stanford, and I know how powerful the right guidance can be. Coaching is my way of paying that forward. I enjoy helping people identify what makes them unique, articulate their experiences into compelling stories, and approach applications and career decisions with confidence instead of guesswork. I don’t believe there’s one “perfect” profile. The strongest applications are authentic, intentional, and deeply personal. My role is to help you uncover that story and present it in the most compelling way possible.
