I’ve spent four years at Deloitte Consulting, where I collaborated with Deloitte’s recruiting team to design case interviews, develop evaluation rubrics, and coach candidates through the process. I’m a professional management consulting coach with 15+ years of management consulting recruiting and career strategy experience. I’ve coached 300+ candidates across consulting, strategy, and business roles, helping clients land offers at MBB, Big 4, boutique consulting firms, and industry strategy teams. As a former consulting manager and hiring manager, I bring firsthand insight into how candidates are evaluated across resumes, networking, case interviews, behavioral interviews, executive presence, and offer readiness. My background combines consulting experience, recruiting judgment, and deep narrative positioning. I hold an MBA from Wharton and have worked across strategy consulting, healthcare, government, education, and entrepreneurship. I help candidates build a complete recruiting strategy: sharpen their professional story, strengthen resumes and LinkedIn, prepare for case and behavioral interviews, improve mental math and communication, and show up with the structure, confidence, and credibility consulting firms expect. I genuinely enjoy case interviews. I liked preparing for and completing case interviews when recruiting for consulting. Starting during my MBA, I have enjoyed helping others practice and improve their case interviewing. While attending Harvard Business School, I received internship offers from McKinsey (Houston), BCG (Middle East), and Bain & Company (Middle East). After completing a successful internship with Bain & Company (Middle East) and receiving a return full-time offer, I negotiated a counter offer from BCG which I accepted. While at BCG, I was an active member of the recruiting team regularly conducting dozens of case interviews each year.

I’m a management consultant turned educator with over a decade of experience helping top talent break into and thrive within elite consulting firms. I spent 10+ years at Deloitte Consulting, where I advised Fortune 500 clients on strategy, innovation, growth, and digital transformation, and built a reputation for structured thinking, executive-level communication, and real-world problem solving. Today, I serve in a dual role at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business: Associate Director of the Consulting Practice, where I lead corporate partnerships and consulting programs, and Adjunct Professor, where I teach MBA students strategic innovation and consulting-style problem solving.
