I was a top-bucket analyst in the Australian office of the world's leading management consultancy. In addition to mastering the analyst and associate toolkit, I coached more than 20 candidates (informally and formally) through the interview processes of MBB, Tier 2 and similar case interviews. This included resume work, ensuring candidates were representing themselves well behaviourally, and, of course, making acing interviews their second nature. Unlike many others, I think MBB interviews are extremely coachable. With the right guidance and enough time, I think most candidates can place themselves in a very favourable position for hiring. Unfortunately, most coaches are not fully across how hiring works and candidates end up becoming lost in the sea of information they're flooded with during recruiting. I spent several years at McKinsey, progressing from Associate to Engagement Manager. Along the way I interviewed candidates at multiple levels and developed a clear sense of what actually differentiates the people who get offers. I focus on the parts of consulting recruiting that most candidates underinvest in: resume positioning, the application narrative, and fit interview prep. I'll also help you think through case structure and how to approach problem-solving under pressure. For live case drilling I'll point you to the right external resources — but in my experience, that's rarely where offers are won or lost.

I joined Fahrenheit 212, a boutique strategy consulting firm that was acquired by Capgemini and merged with Frog Design. We did innovation and product work for clients such as Google, Uber, Bain Capital, Coca-Cola, and more. I was the only person in my analyst class who was not a previous intern or related to a partner. I was the youngest person ever to become a Sr. Consultant in the NYC flagship office. I served 13 clients over 2 years across various types of projects.
