I coach media and entertainment professionals, managers, and emerging executives who want to become stronger leaders, navigate important career transitions, and perform at their best. I bring 20 years of industry experience, with a career spanning news, operations strategy, accessibility, and compliance at the intersection of media, business, and people. That experience has given me a firsthand understanding of the challenges of leading in complex organizations and building a career in a constantly evolving industry. Mentorship has been a consistent part of my career, and I’ve especially enjoyed helping military veterans translate their leadership experience and skills into successful careers in media and entertainment. My coaching combines that real-world industry perspective with business leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on sustainable high performance. I’m currently completing Brown University’s Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification (LPCC), adding formal coaching training to years of experience developing and mentoring others. I work with clients on leadership, executive presence, career strategy, transitions, and performance, helping them make thoughtful decisions about where they want to go next—and giving them the clarity and confidence to get there.
