I’m a Relationship and Emotional Intelligence Coach specializing in attachment dynamics, nervous system regulation, and advanced pattern recognition. For over a decade, I’ve helped hundreds of clients understand the unconscious relationship patterns shaping their attraction, reactions, and partner choices. My work combines behavioral psychology, neuroscience, and real-world coaching experience to help high-achieving professionals move out of reactive cycles and into secure, grounded relationships. Before building my private coaching practice, I worked with Tawkify in both matchmaking and coaching roles and helped develop their internal coaching program. I’m the creator of the 5R Breakup Recovery Method and the 5P Conscious Masculinity Framework, structured systems designed to help clients build emotional intelligence, strengthen self-trust, and create lasting connection.

As a neuroscience major, I studied the ways we interact with others - and neuronal patterns shaped by our life experiences thus far that we sometimes need to 'unlearn' to move forward as our best self. My experience in leading large teams and managing complex projects has honed my skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving—key elements in fostering meaningful personal connections. As a former member of the admissions committee at Wellesley College, I have a deep understanding of the importance of personal narratives and authentic self-presentation. I founded my company, Met Through Friends, to help singles meet offline. I've personally hosted thousands of amazing single people at IRL events, and know what it takes for people of all backgrounds to build fun, fulfilling, and productive in-person dating lives. I'm a certified dating coach who has helped ambitious singles build confidence, lower their reliance on dating apps, and enjoy the process of finding "their person."
