I've spent my career building systems that do work instead of creating more of it. As COO of Graphite Connect, I built production AI agents that ran parts of the business daily, recovering billable hours, surfacing risks before humans noticed them, and doing work that had never happened because no one had the capacity. I didn't write the code by hand. I designed the systems and built them with AI coding tools, which is exactly the skill set most people trying to build with AI actually need. Today I'm the GM of AI Services at Leland, where I build agents, workflow automations, and AI infrastructure for mid-market companies. Before that I founded and ran a product company for six years and led purchasing at Club Med. I coach from the operator's seat: what to build first, how to scope something you can ship this week, and how to turn a working prototype into a system your business depends on. I'm an experienced software engineer who has built and shipped production systems at scale at Square, Uber, and Chime, and I now help people build and work with AI. At Square I productionized LLM workflows, built internal AI tooling, and co-hosted company-wide AI office hours. I teach from first principles: how tokens, context, and agents actually work, independent of specific tools, models, or providers. I've taken designers and operations professionals from their first line of code to shipping software in production, helped CTOs and technical leaders adopt coding agents in their daily work, and paired with doctors, financial traders, and PhD researchers to turn their expertise into working software.
