I love working with undergrads looking to break into consulting, largely because I never thought I had a chance to break in myself. I started college with the goal of becoming a CPA and working in public accounting, and decided to make a last-minute push to land a consulting role with an almost nonexistent network of connections in the industry. Fortunately, I was able to land an offer and ultimately started my career as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting, and I'd love to work with you and help you do the same. I have extensive interviewing experience, including giving cases, from throughout my professional career. These include MBA admissions interviews, MBB consulting interviews, and behavioral interviews in a variety of forms. I have also given countless mock interviews and have experience giving very detailed, nuanced feedback and tips to help candidates find immediate growth opportunities. More specifically, prior to Booth, I interviewed >100 of people during my time at Cornerstone Research, where I ended my time as the Head of Recruiting for the Boston office for the 2015 season. While at Booth, I conducted MBA Admissions interviews for applicants. With respect to management consulting, I was selected as a BCG MBA fellow prior to starting at Booth and successfully navigated the summer internship recruiting process to be a Bain Summer Associate. Since then, I have given numerous live interviews on behalf of Bain as well as helped countless students while at Booth and at Bain learn how to case successfully. I am really excited to start working with more prospective MBA applicants and management consultants navigate the interview process. From helping to craft behavioral interview answers to learning case frameworks to running practice cases, I am excited to work with you to address your particular needs and feedback areas.

I officially coached candidates through the McKinsey coaching program. I have also helped coach over 10 candidates interviewing to get into consulting. I have a 70%+ success rate with them (extremely high for consulting). Beyond giving you a case, I give you tips and tricks that take you from good to great. I am extremely candid and have one goal: get you that job.

In Fall 2017, I was able to secure an offer from McKinsey (the only consulting firm to which I applied, actually!) after being "late to the game" of consulting recruiting. Since then, I have practiced cases and otherwise advised dozens of candidates. I can help candidates focus on the most salient skills for successful recruiting in this industry.

I have been with BCG since 2022 and was promoted to Consultant in 2024. Prior to joining BCG, I gained significant experience preparing for and applying to interviews with top consulting firms, including McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Deloitte, and others. This journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the highly competitive consulting recruitment process. Over the years, I have successfully coached several candidates to excel in case interviews, build strong networks, and adopt a strategic approach to breaking into management consulting.
