I’ve spent my life navigating high-pressure, high-stakes environments, from completing Navy SEAL training and leading SEAL teams in combat, to earning an MBA at Wharton and driving success in tech startups. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep understanding of resilience, perseverance, and what it takes to perform at your best, even in the face of adversity. I’ve not only led teams through combat and complex operational challenges, but I’ve also overcome personal physical and mental health hurdles. These challenges have taught me the importance of mental and emotional strength, balance, and maintaining peak performance in all aspects of life. Whether it’s refining leadership skills, enhancing focus, or navigating difficult transitions, I bring a results-driven approach to performance coaching. My journey has given me unique insights into achieving personal and professional growth, and I’m here to help others unlock their potential, build resilience, and perform at their highest level, no matter the challenge.
