Landon is super helpful and managed to arrange time for a 1:1 in-person resume review with me. As an international student seeking jobs in US, I had a hard time presenting my past experiences on resume in a concise way. Landon not only helped tailor my stories to tech industry, but also looks into details about my vocabulary and sentence structure. He also shared a lot about his past experiences in tech and interview skills. Overall, he's a reliable coach that guides you with strategic vision but also cares about details.

I was admitted to Stanford’s Ph.D. program in CS this year and I am honored to be counted in the 3% of admitted students. I was also admitted to my other dream schools, Yale, Penn, and Columbia. In the past year of working with Debby, I have always admired her professional answers. Every document has been revised countless times and she has been patient with my questions. The help I received from Debby was very personal. For example, in the decision to change majors, Debby helped me analyze the pros and cons of doing so, and how to accumulate related experience, and she let me know how to highlight my advantages and express myself during the application process. It played a very important role in guiding the way of thinking about my application. Thank you so much Debby!

Pamela is an excellent consultant. Her feedback is top quality, and she definitely knows how to tailor applications for each school in terms of essay balance, content, and delivery. As an international applicant, I encountered many feedback iterations, and I felt how Pamela helped my essays improve in each iteration. Therefore, I would 100% recommend Pamela to anyone but would also recommend her package deals only two months or more before the deadline, as the iterative process can take some time. I will be attending the Kellogg JD/MBA program with a scholarship.

Pam is an exceptionally competent MBA advisor. At the end of the day, she knows what she is doing, and trusting her gained me admittance to my first choice school, Wharton. She is reasonable and responsive. When we disagreed on a certain point she was always respectful and truly wanted to understand where I was coming from. I am from a non-traditional background and she was extremely encouraging and embraced my uniqueness. This was a stark contrast to some of the other consultants I interviewed. Pam is the perfect combination of pragmatic and encouraging and I couldn't recommend her more!

From the very first conversation I had with Pamela, I knew we were a match – her enthusiasm and insights during our introduction call were unmatched. Not only did she form a coherent view of how to best position myself in an application, but also correctly matched what I thought were the best MBA program fit for my personality. When we did finally begin working together, her experience and perspective on the application process was unparalleled. She illustrated each application’s flavor – from a more personal assessment to a career progression/goal evaluation. Within each application, she had an uncanny knack for what each business school was asking for in every essay question. She actively recommended the best types of programs based on my personal experience (from prior discussions) that she felt would be the best fit. And above all else, she is devoted. When I struggled with esotericism and vague goals within my essays, she was not afraid to try something new (for herself as a consultant, and for me as an applicant) to weed out the unnecessary prose and focus on the underlying message. She has the ultimate respect for applicants, and demands the very best from you because she believes in you. Pamela has been transformational in how I’ve approached the application, and also a wonderful person to get to know and work with. With her expert guidance, I’ll be attending Columbia Business School this fall – to anyone exploring their options, you can rest assured that you’ll be putting your best application forward, and I would recommend her services to anyone!

Received an admissions offer from GSB/HBS, as well as MIT. Alex was fantastic in helping me navigate the entire process. I can’t thank him enough. It’s very difficult to know where to begin when starting the MBA application process. Alex was great at helping me figure out how to weave together my (very) non-traditional experiences and develop a compelling narrative. Alex spent a significant amount of 1-on-1 time helping me with my applications. Alex is highly dedicated. He answered all my (sometimes anxiety-driven) questions on calls, and even took the time to set up an additional reviewer to provide some additional insights and feedback for my final GSB essay. Overall, Alex is a consummate professional, as well as a great strategic advisor, partner, mentor, and friend in the (often stressful) admissions process. I highly recommend Alex and could not have gotten into GSB or HBS without his help. Alex is an amazing consultant, and truly changed my life.

Emily was instrumental to my successful application process (I was accepted by each school I applied to). Her experience with the process shines through and her insights/guidance provide great comfort as you navigate what can be an anxiety-inducing process. She gives enough leash so that you can accomplish tasks on your own timeline and let your own ideas/voice drive the essay process, but also takes the time to get to know you on a level deep enough for her to make insightful recommendations whether regarding where to apply, which aspects to add to your resume (and which to remove), or who you should ask to write a waitlist LoR. Emily's counsel was invaluable as I navigated all kinds of difficult questions and was the steady hand throughout my entire application process.

Erfun and I worked together throughout 4 intense sessions within a span of 2 weeks, primarily focused on the verbal section of the GRE. My diagnostic was 159 verbal and 170 quant--my target score was 163+ on the verbal and 168+ on the quant. I took the GRE for the first time a couple days after my last session with Erfun and scored a 164 verbal, 169 quant! I highly recommend anyone looking for structure in their studying tactics, a quantum jump in his or her abilities after only a few sessions, and insider knowledge on the GRE, to partner with Erfun, as long as you're willing to put in the hard work! Erfun was essential to accelerating my progress on the GRE. Here's how Erfun helped me and how he can help you too: 1. Incredible Resources. There are a ton of resources on standardized tests--sometimes, the access to and the knowledge of the best resources can make a big difference in your learning and progress. Erfun will save you hours of time and trial and error researching your best options--he has an incredible proprietary database of all the best resources. Many of the materials he's put together himself so you can't get them elsewhere. 2. Structured Learning Approach. One trick to improving quickly on standardized tests is a developing learning plan catered to one's own unique needs. Erfun's tutored so many students that he's able to diagnose my painpoints more quickly and accurately than I could myself. After each lesson, he'd assign me homework in which I could practice the tools I would learn from each lesson, yielding immense improvements in my accuracy. 3. Reasoning-based Methodology . Erfun focuses on REASONING, not gimmicks or knowing every word in the English language. He imparted me wisdom that made me think about the test from the test-maker's perspective. It became a matter of logically finding my way to the answers (especially on verbal) in a structured way--previously, I had been intuitively finding my way to the answers, a method that wasn't reliable.

Geoff was incredibly helpful through all stages of the admissions process. He helped me determine if Sloan would be a good place for me, he helped review my application, and he made me feel incredibly prepared for the interview. Even after I was admitted he helped me think through finances, give me suggestions on neighborhoods in the area, and connected me with other folks to talk to. I can't recommend Geoff enough!

Josh Braslow is hands down the best teacher I have ever had. He tutored me in both quant and verbal, and with his help, I was able to raise my score by 100 points to 760! Josh goes above and beyond the role of a GMAT tutor by truly connecting with his students and catering to each individual's needs. This is critical for success on a test like the GMAT because students must learn both the subject matter and strategies for how to take the test itself. Like a coach, he supported me in all aspects of the test. He understands the stress imposed by the test and consoled me multiples times when the pressure of the test felt overwhelming. Josh really knows the GMAT content inside and out. In fact, he personally wrote many of the Manhattan Prep chapters himself. What made Josh really stand out was his ability to teach the content in a way that I could easily understand. He was always willing and able to change his approach if a concept didn't stick the first time. As a non-native English speaker, this was critical for me in mastering the verbal section.
