I came to Prabha when I was feeling stuck updating my resume and getting prepared for what I knew would be a very rigorous interview process. Prabha literally spent HOURS working with me to update my CV into a sharp, concise format - and when that resume eventually secured an interview, she again spent hours working with me to fully prepare for each round. Prabha is that rare person who seems to have professional experience beyond her years - and it's no understatement to say that I literally would not have been able to secure my dream job without her help. I could not recommend her as a career coach enough!

Pamela helped me get into 5 of my top programs!!! With her help, I got into Wharton, MIT Sloan, Dartmouth, Yale, and Kellogg!!! I am over the moon and know for a fact that this would have never happened if it had not been for working with Pamela. Things I loved about working with Pamela: 1) She is incredibly structured. I am also a very organized person, but I can get lazy, so her structured program and nature were exactly the motivation I needed to stay on top of my applications/my timelines. 2) She is detail-oriented. She does not stop until the essays/applications are PERFECT. I appreciate that she is always looking to improve, always looking to phrase something better, and goes the extra mile to ensure I’m putting my best foot forward. 3) Her perspective is invaluable – she knows these schools inside and out. With Pamela Jaffe, I found just that — the consummate pro. Throughout the process, I was amazed by Pamela’s inside-out knowledge of business school admissions. Pamela was incredibly astute and indispensable in helping me craft a cohesive narrative that explained my professional journey and why the pivot to business school was a logical next step for me. However, what I admired most about working with Pamela was her honesty. She is never afraid of giving the necessary (and sometimes difficult) feedback that always seemed to take my essays to the next level. Sammi was supportive, honest, and inspiring during every part of our conversation - it was great to be able to hear from a fellow MBA who has gone through multiple industry recruiting cycles and has a breadth of knowledge about traditional and non-traditional full-time roles. Nate's coaching was incredibly valuable. He provided open insight from his own experience and from others he knew who have gone through the process. This provided clarity and comfort. He had a thorough list of questions, actively listened and provided candid and thorough feedback on my responses. He helped me to brainstorm and think through more effective ways to communicate answers, allowing me to practice different options. He was personable, kind, and supportive. He genuinely cared about my preparation. I would highly recommend working with him!

This consultant has been my guiding star throughout my long journey of gaining acceptance into top U.S. universities, including Yale, Duke, and Michigan State University, as well as winning the Fulbright scholarship. Additionally, he provided invaluable guidance in applying for the Chevening scholarship and the Australian Awards, where I was shortlisted in both cases. In particular, the consultant played a crucial role in assisting me with tailoring my essay and effectively conveying my personal story in a simple and easily understandable manner. Furthermore, the consultant went above and beyond by providing guidance on GMAT and GRE preparation as well. Overall, the consultant provided comprehensive assistance throughout the entire process, including school selection, essay writing, application strategy, interview preparation, resume editing, and recommendation guidance. His support was instrumental in every aspect of my application journey.

I approached Lola for help with negotiating an offer that I received — I liked the company and the role but felt that my experience warranted more total compensation than I was offered upfront. Lola helped me construct a solid argument using my prior experiences to push for a title change rather than greater comp alone, and she even coached me through how to respond/react in various scenarios during my negotiation ahead of the conversation. The negotiation worked out in my favor, and as a result, not only did I enter the company with a higher title, but my total comp increased by 40-50% vs what I was originally offered as well. Lola is thorough, creative, and analytical in her approach, and it continues to pay dividends for me. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
