Bill is the man. He's smart, personable, and on point. Admittedly, I thought it'd be intimidating working with him on my graduate school application — given the range of his own accomplishment. But Bill is as friendly as they come and still manages to give straight-forward, clear, and powerful feedback. We hopped on the phone many times, exchanged many emails with his essay feedback, and he helped me overcome the mushier challenges of applying to graduate school — imposter syndrome, lack of faith in my doctoral project, and altogether feeling inadequate. My anxiety wasn't helped by the fact that I applied to just one school, Oxford (I know, bold), for my PhD, but with Bill's help, I was offered a place AND received full funding. I couldn't have done it (and wouldn't have wanted to do it) without Bill.

Yash makes the daunting MBA admissions process feel accessible. He is entirely dependable and a great communicator. Yash's essay edits were clear, relevant, and substantive - I could immediately tell that each of my HBS essays were stronger after a couple of iterations with Yash. He took the time to get to know me and offered me candid advice throughout the whole process. If you are in sports, media, or consulting, his deep expertise in those areas is a huge benefit as well. Couldn't have done it without Yash!
