I worked with Funke to build a 90-day plan as I onboarded into my new job. We discussed my responsibilities and my goals for my first few months in the new role. Funke crafted a detailed plan with clear action items for the first 30/60/90 days that I used to have my onboarding discussion with my line manager. My manager was impressed with this plan, noting how detailed and action oriented it was. I made a great first impression because of this. With this plan, I was able to set clear expectations with my line manager and secure early wins at the start of this new job. I could not have done this without Funke’s coaching during the process as she would check in with me after each milestone. Highly recommend!
