I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca at Multiverse, where she built the U.S. Delivery and Learning teams from the ground up and established herself as a critical strategic partner to senior executives. Rebecca led major cross-functional, cross-regional initiatives that had a significant impact on apprentices, clients, and the business as a whole. In our work together on the Apprentice Manager experience, Rebecca oversaw projects and interventions that pushed the organization to better prioritize the needs of an often undervalued but business-critical stakeholder when developing products and supports. Her leadership directly contributed to a notable rise in satisfaction scores and retention amongst Apprentice Managers and key enterprise clients.

I've been coached by Jack and he's excellent at what he does. He's very well qualified, having studied coaching at various institutions, incl a full masters degree and trained to ICF Level 2 (PCC) level. His business experience is evident, as is his MBA and organizational psychology background. Also speaks multiple languages and is therefore very skilled in various cultural norms and great with international clients.
