I've known Wayne since 2015—since my very first job! From day one, he has been one of my biggest cheerleaders and mentor, even when I didn’t fully realize it at the time. What Wayne does exceptionally well is balance the needs of both the company and its employees. One of the most valuable lessons he taught me was to always recognize what I bring to the table. He encouraged me to view my career as a brand in itself and to evaluate every career decision through the lens of, "Does this help my brand?" Beyond his professional insights, Wayne has an incredible ability to explain difficult situations in the calmest, most level-headed way. I’ve personally seen him guide colleagues through tough work challenges, personal struggles, and career dilemmas. He doesn’t just focus on individual success—he actively works to build a great culture wherever he goes. Whether it’s through small inside jokes, bringing in cookies and donuts to share, or simply reminding people that relationships are a key part of career growth, Wayne creates an environment where people feel valued and supported. I have no hesitation in saying that I—and my career—wouldn’t be where I am today without him. Even now, a decade later and long after we’ve stopped working together, he continues to be a trusted advisor. He listens to my professional challenges, offers thoughtful, level-headed advice, and always reminds me that there’s more than one way to look at a situation. Wayne would make an outstanding coach, and I wholeheartedly vouch for him!

I scheduled two casing sessions with Brian before my first round interviews with BCG and Bain. He helped me nail frameworks, market sizing, and how to present them the way real consultants present solutions to actual cases. I got the final round for both, did one casing and one behavioral session before the final rounds, and got the offers from both. I don’t think I would have gotten the offers without his help. Highly recommend!
