Katerina has been an incredibly thoughtful coach throughout my scholarship and internship applications. When I met Kandice 18 months ago, I was burned out and desperate for guidance on how to navigate the demands of my corporate job and get back my personal life. Now I can't imagine my life without her! The top areas that she has helped me with are: self-advocacy, learning how to be unshakeable, developing a communication plan to prepare for spikes in workload so myself and my team don't burn out, thinking through the org changes that resulted in my team reporting to a new manager and how to navigate the change for myself and my direct reports, and advice on making a drastic career change. I accomplish something in every coaching session! Mohammad and I trained together as junior officers in the Marine Corps. Over an intensive 7 month course, I had the chance to observe Mohammad in academic and practical settings. He is strikingly intelligent and incisively analytical in everything that he does. He is also highly motivated and excellent at providing detailed but clear explanation and constructive criticism. He helped me personally with some of my law school application materials and I can confidently say my applications were stronger with his input.
