I worked with Jordan for a year in a judge's chambers, where on a regular basis I had the chance to discuss complex legal issues with him and review his writing. Andre is a very passionate coach that truly wants the best for his mentees. No matter what level you start out at, he can always get you to the level you want while maintaining a great relationship. I first wanted to get into banking but I had no experience or any idea where to start. I was able to meet Andre in the summer of my freshman year where he frequently called about my interest, resume, and possible career aspirations. Through this, I was able to develop a real mentor and mentee relationship, and that turned into mocks for interviews and IB technical questions preparation too. I not only gained knowledge about the market and finance, but my passion and curiosity for the field grew to an all time high through our discussions. I was at a loss for how to network and maintain networks, yet Andre broke down the process seamlessly. He even made looking and apply for internships second nature for me before I knew it. Seeing how Andre has evolved organizations like the Keystone Fellowship, Black Business Student Association, and Corsair Society at UGA, it is a no brainer how effective he is at coaching and the results of his work.
