Larry tells you the truth. Directly, elegantly and in ways that make you better. I sat next to him at LinkedIn where he excelled at Sales. But to me that was only one of many super powers. He has the knack of distilling problems with extreme clarity and holding a mirror to help you own and solve the problem. Clients saw it. Colleagues saw it. And anyone who has the good fortune of partnering with him did too.
