Demsina is excellent at providing honest, personalized, and supportive feedback to her students. As my teacher, she effortlessly related the class material to her experiences as a dietitian in the field, which helped me gain a deeper understanding of my assignments and how I could best learn from them. After I earned my bachelor's degree, she advised me in choosing graduate coordinated programs in dietetics to apply to after taking the time to understand my ambitions and concerns about the process. Demsina's commitment to her students and mentees is obvious, and I would absolutely recommend her as a coach!
