Calin advised me and my team while we were building an AI SDR product, and his input materially shaped where we ended up. We came to him with a fairly common early-stage problem: strong technical foundation, a working prototype, but conflicting opinion internally about what to prioritise and how to position. Calin helped us tremendously at this stage. He helped us sharpen our ICP, restructure the roadmap around the workflows that actually drove buyer value (rather than the features we were attached to building), how to plan a roadmap that aligns with the needs of our buyers and pressure-tested our agentic architecture choices in ways that saved us real engineering time downstream. He helped us all the way from "low-level" product challenges i.e. conducting user interviews, synthesis, roadmap planning all the way through to strategic analysis and vision planning, marketing mapping etc. Constantly giving us the right advice for where the business was. He was equally strong on the GTM side. He helped us rethink our positioning, articulate a sharper wedge against the crowded AI SDR category - which trickled down into our marketing, and gave us a clearer framework for how to talk about human-in-the-loop to buyers who were sceptical of fully autonomous outbound. He also had useful, candid views on pricing, onboarding, and what early enterprise pilots realistically need to look like. Beyond the strategic work, Calin is a high-quality operator to think alongside. He's commercially minded and technically fluent. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and have recommended Calin to many of my entrepreneurial friends.
