Working with Calin was tremendously valuable for our organization. He stepped into a Product Owner role at a time when product thinking and product management practices were still maturing internally, and he helped us establish a much more effective, value-driven way of working. What impressed me most was his ability to bridge very different worlds such as engineering, business, functional teams, and design, and create alignment around outcomes and priorities. He brought structure to discovery, collaboration, and prioritization while keeping the focus on delivering meaningful value at pace. Most importantly, he helped us successfully get our first release out properly and establish the processes and momentum we needed to gain real traction as a product team. He has a rare ability to simplify complexity, facilitate productive conversations, and help teams move forward with clarity. Keatrice was a huge help throughout my law school application process. She helped me apply for the LSAC fee waiver, which saved me a lot of money on applications, and guided me through every step along the way. She was always supportive, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me succeed. Her advice and encouragement even helped me get off the waitlist at one of my dream schools, and now I’m heading into my second year of law school. Keatrice has been and continues to be incredibly instrumental in my professional development as it pertains to the legal field and also as a person.
