I highly recommend Steven as a coach. He's incredibly knowledgeable and gives precise, actionable feedback. Having worked with many other case interviewers, I can confidently say that Steven is particularly insightful with his guidance. He helped me understand not only how to improve but also how to stand out. Plus, he's great at building your confidence once you start getting the hang of things. Couldn't have asked for a better mentor!

Lex was instrumental in fine-tuning my resume and guiding me on key focus areas for coffee chats and banking interviews. He also conducted mock interviews, which were incredibly beneficial. As a former banking professional, his extensive knowledge and industry experience were evident in all our interactions. I highly recommend his coaching services for anyone pursuing a career in investment banking.

Despite having a low GPA and GRE score, thanks to Jesse's guidance, I received offers from CBS, Oxford, UCLA Anderson, and Cornell! Ultimately, I chose Columbia Business School for my MBA. When I started to prepare for my MBA, I had just transitioned to a new job. Getting accustomed to my new position was challenging enough, but I also had to manage the MBA application process simultaneously. I initially worked with another counselor but was not satisfied with their service. Fortunately, I found Jesse through the Japanese MBA community. One of the major hurdles I faced was identifying my core values and strengths to highlight in my application, especially since I didn't have any specialization and had experienced frequent job rotations, which weakened my career consistency. It was particularly difficult for me to find strong examples of my leadership experience and capabilities. After switching to Jesse, the situation dramatically changed. Discussions with him helped me figure out the ideas and passions behind my career decisions so far, which became a core element of my application. Preparing for the CBS application was beneficial because it has traditional questions and essays. Also, I felt a sense of direction and clarity. He meticulously laid out the schedule and guided me step-by-step through the process, which significantly reduced my stress. Knowing exactly what needed to be done and when made a tremendous difference to my mental health. Jesse paid close attention to the details of each school’s application, pointing out missing elements and suggesting additional points of appeal. For example, I could not get a high score on the GRE, but I had to show my academic strength. Jesse gave me many ideas for that from various perspectives, such as using my Japanese public servant exam results, which only 7% pass. Though this would be unfamiliar to many outside of Japan, Jesse knew it from his experience and suggested that I add it. I never would have come up with the idea of including it in the application as an educational strength on my own, but it was a strong point of my academic profile. Jesse's support went beyond just the logistics and documents of the application. He was a constant source of motivation and energy. Adjusting to my new job often left me feeling drained, but Jesse's frequent, powerful, and cheerful messages kept me positive and driven. Energy and motivation are the keys to success in MBA applications. Without them, you cannot succeed. Jesse provided these most essential supports to me, along with great documentation support. If you are serious about achieving your MBA dreams, I strongly recommend Jesse's services. Choosing the right supporters, counselor, and recommenders, is crucial. As a counselor, Jesse is someone I wholeheartedly endorse.

Working with Veronika has been one of the most valuable moves of my career. Veronika is an attentive coach who works to truly understand her clients. By tailoring her recommendations and advice to my specific strengths, she helped me uncover opportunities I didn't realize were available to me. More than being an intelligence, thoughtful, and driven professional herself, she has an unparalleled way of encouraging her clients and pushing them to be the best version of themselves. After any interaction or call with Veronika I feel more confident and prepared to tackle my next challenge. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Veronika and I would not be where I am in my career without her mentorship and support!

It has been a wonderful experience to work with Sandeep through my B-school applications! From our very first interaction, he exhibited patience, depth of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine dedication to my aspirations. One of the standout qualities of Sandeep was that he took the time to understand my career goals, strengths, and areas needing improvement. This personalized guidance ensured that every aspect of my application—from my resume and essays to my interview preparation—was aligned with the expectations of the admissions committees. The mock interview sessions with Sandeep were particularly beneficial too. His detailed feedback helped me build confidence to put my best foot forward. By the time I faced the real interviews, I felt well-prepared and self-assured, thanks to the practice sessions and constructive critiques. I would definitely vouch for Sandeep as I am headed to pursue MBA in my dream B-school and his guidance has been instrumental in this process. I look forward to receiving his mentorship and guidance in the long run even post my MBA as his kind, empathetic and patient nature makes him a mentor that one can always rely upon! Thank you Sandeep!

I have absolutely loved working with Jesse Lambdin and would highly recommend him as a trusted MBA Consultant coach. I signed on with him for an all-inclusive consulting package to help me get accepted to my dream Executive MBA school. So far, I have been very happy with my experience as Jesse has helped me do a deep psychological dive into my past, my life, and enabled me to carve out for myself what my life story is about. I applied to INSEAD’s Global Executive MBA programme last year and failed to be admitted after pre-selection, however with Jesse’s help, I am 150% more confident trying again one year later. In addition to INSEAD GEMBA, I am also applying to TRIUM, HEC Paris, IESE, IE, and ESCP. Together we’ve assessed my strengths and weaknesses, done rigorous interview prep and training, and also chatted about my school application essays which I am in the process of drafting. Jesse is a pleasure to work with, highly empathetic, and goes the extra mile with everything he takes on. He truly wants to help applicants realize their dreams. I would recommend Jesse to anyone interested in applying to business school – whether it’s MBA or Executive MBA programmes.

Omer was my mentor during my mentorship years with the MAX Youth Fellowship Program. Omer's professionalism and expertise in training and interacting with his mentees left a lasting impact on my personal and professional development. One of the standout aspects of Omer's mentorship was his emphasis on the “Design Thinking” strategy. This approach involves empathizing with users, defining problems, ideating solutions, prototyping, and testing. Omer adeptly guided us through this iterative process, enabling us to create practical solutions to various daily life situations. His ability to break down complex problems and encourage creative thinking has been invaluable to me.

Alex was instrumental from the beginning to the end of my journey, which ended with acceptances at both Wharton and MIT Sloan! He guided me from the initial ideation phase, helping me craft my story, through to the interviews and everything in between. Whenever I strayed off course, he steered me back on track with his honest feedback. Thank you, Alex! I am forever grateful!

I've had the good fortune to work closely with Steven at multiple life junctures over the last 7 years and cannot vouch for him enough. He has a very clear and direct style of mentorship, which I've personally always appreciated. Steven is not afraid to delivery direct feedback, but he always accompanies such direction with actionable recommendations. Though it felt like tough love at times, it was exactly what I needed to make the leaps I needed to succeed. Thanks to Steven's coaching through the case interview process, I was able to land my dream role working as a consultant in one of McKinsey's most coveted offices, the New York Office. Even during my time at McKinsey, Steven continued to serve as a mentor and helped me develop meaningful relationships within my target industry. He is the sort of coach who remains invested in your success in the long-run and following up regularly. I feel extremely grateful to count Steven as one of my mentors!
