I have had the joy of working with Sarthak very closely for an extended period of time with one of our shared clients in IBM, and he fundamentally changed the course of my career within the company. I was a new hire straight out of college and was frankly a bit nervous about the new experience of working in a large company. I am grateful to have worked with Jeremy during my transition from the military to college. I met Jeremy through Service to School, a non-profit organization that assists veterans in applying to colleges. Jeremy helped me select colleges to apply to, narrow down schools that best supported my career goals, provide feedback on my college admission essays, and advise me on veteran educational benefits. By the end of our mentoring sessions, I was accepted into the University of Pittsburgh, Duquesne University, Carlow University, and Robert Morris University. I have just passed the NCLEX-RN board exam and am about to embark on my new career. I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy during my time at the company. Jeremy was the best manager I ever had the chance to work with. Despite the chaotic state the work was in, he was instrumental in organizing our tasks, motivating the team, and inspiring us all. Even with his heavy workload, he always made time for us and significantly improved the state of our projects. Jeremy mentored me consistently and ensured we had regular one-on-one meetings. He provided valuable advice on personal development, identifying my strengths and weaknesses and showing me how to leverage them. Jason is an absolutely phenomenal college counselor and mentor. When it comes to his work ethic, Jason is always focused, meticulous, and prepared. College applications were incredibly stressful for me when I had to manage schoolwork and extracurriculars on top of it, but Jason was always incredibly helpful in breaking things down into manageable steps, and empowering me to get things done with his assistance. He always helped me, but never did tasks for me, encouraging me to build those skills myself with his assistance. The dedicated energy that he brings to each call makes them incredibly productive. On top of that, Jason always took his time to get to know myself and his other students. He makes sure to truly understand each student's personality, interests, and work habits to incorporate them into both working strategies and the overall narrative that he helps students build in their college applications. Finally, Jason is a wonderful friend, in addition to all of his skills. He made sure to befriend his students, to talk to them and support them during such a hectic time in their lives, and to share a few laughs and anecdotes in-between the serious and pressing work. He has been an invaluable presence in my life, as both a mentor and as a friend, and I could not recommend him highly enough. Thank you for everything that you do, Jason :)
