I have known Win since the very beginning of my career. He is my go to for advice or thinking through options each time I have had an opportunity in my career and I am grateful for his support, knowledge, and experience. While Win and I both work at technical firms, I sit more on the engineering side of the house, and still feel as if Win has an understanding of how I should navigate my career. He listens to what you want for yourself and works backwards from that.

Last year I decided to apply to Deferred MBA programs, and Ritvik was the first person I spoke to. He was fundamental in helping me craft my narrative, perfecting my essays for each school, and preparing for interviews once I received them. As a result, I received acceptances to Wharton, Columbia, and Chicago Booth.
