Hi, I'm Priyanka - a CTI-trained coach, recovering strategy consultant, and eternal question-asker. For over a decade my day job has been building the business case for where a company should go next, then stress-testing it in front of people paid to find the hole in it. I noticed that we'll spend six months building that case for the company, and six minutes deciding if we actually want the next promotion we're gunning for. That gap is what pulled me into coaching. Not advice, not someone diagnosing what's "wrong" with you but a space where you get asked the question you've been avoiding until an honest answer shows up instead of a rehearsed one.
