Throughout my time at the University of Virginia, Domenick Bailey has provided me with invaluable advice and mentorship that has allowed me to thrive in both my academic life and professional pursuits as a pre-law student. Dom served as my Teaching Assistant in a course that focuses on resilience-building for undergraduate students. He imparted wisdom to us that, to this day, has never left. From helping me to develop a growth mindset to helping me design a specific career plan with tangible goals, I still utilize the knowledge that he has instilled into me. He also now serves as my mentor, personally providing me advice for the LSAT/law school applications, answering questions I have, sharing opportunities with me, and helping me with interview preparation. As a result of his investment into me, I was able to secure two big opportunities as an undergraduate freshman: an internship at the Office of the Attorney General in Washington, DC, and the Leonard D. Schaeffer Fellows in Government Service Fellowship. Overall, Dom is great all across the board. He is well accomplished and well respected. His work is very intentional and impressive. His ability to listen, understand, and provide helpful advice is truly unmatched. Everyone needs a mentor like Dom in their lives — I am fortunate to have him as mine.

A couple of hours with Jeremy is like a mini internship. Each semester I call Jeremy to teach a class to aspiring up-and-coming Wall Street interns on RE investing. He is crystal clear and effective and you can learn so much about true RE investing - technical, creative, substantially thorough investing practices. That is what it takes to pull off a resume like Jeremy's: Greystar, Goldman, Chicago MBA! Spend a few hours with him. So worth it.
