If there’s anyone I would trust to guide me through the MBA admissions process it would be Joo Ho. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know him for five years through out my time at Facebook and the Stanford GSB. Joo Ho not only has the practical savvy to navigate a complex process like this but also the heart to bring out the best in people. He has written thoughtfully on his own approach and already serves as a coach for others.

Mira has incredible experience in mentorship. Outside of her professional experience, she has a genuine passion for guiding others and helping them out her best foot forward. She was an extremely valuable resource for general advice about medical school admissions, feedback on essays, and tips for excelling in interviews. She will make an excellent coach!

Mira was my MCAT tutor the second time I took my MCAT. She helped me improve my score significantly!! Mira helped me organize my MCAT prep content and practices in order to be successful. She helped me navigate my career goals and aspirations as I built my career as a career counselor and college counselor and later guided me through the process of taking on a university director role focusing on student leadership and engagement. She also guided me through a huge career pivot when I decided to pursue a new career in the corporate space. As my personal life changed after I became a mother, Shaida served as an impactful resource for me and provided me the space I needed to truly explore my varied interests and changing needs and desires in my career. I am so grateful to have had Shaida as an informational, mindful, wise, and compassionate coach throughout the different stages of my career path.

Jooho’s coaching for my GSB interview was highly effective. His clear insights on what GSB values helped me craft thoughtful, authentic responses. His feedback on structuring answers and refining delivery improved my confidence and overall approach. I felt much better-prepared to handle the interview with clarity and a sense of direction.

The MindFlow approach is amazing. Bara’s short videos and animations are clear and inviting and the process is actually fun. I am in graduate school and the reading load has been eased by Mind Flow’s guidance. Thank you!!

Alex is the best coach that I have ever seen. Genuinely so understanding and methodical - a great balance of empathy and practicality.
