Leo is an amazing person and coach. Thanks to his support, I was able to get into Babson College and land a job at Accenture. However, while I’m deeply grateful for his help during the application process and work-decision process, what I appreciate the most is his guidance and mentorship both professionally and personally, as well as his care and kindness. He is truly incredible- he genuinely cares about getting to know you as a person. I would say that this is his superpower: he is able to empathize and recognize what makes you unique, and then challenges you to explore how to leverage that quality/strength in academic, professional and personal settings. He’s also not afraid to give honest feedback, which is incredibly valuable. I am very grateful and lucky to have him as a mentor!

Michael has been my mentor both now and during my law school application process. He’s been instrumental in not only building my confidence to apply to top schools, but helped advise me how to pick the best offer once I had my choice of schools in hand. He’s charming, and works tirelessly to help diverse applicants get into the schools of their dreams. I’m forever grateful for Michael’s support, and I wouldn’t be attending a T14 on a full-tuition scholarship with him!

Josh helped me gain acceptance to a highly competitive program through resume mentorship, then guided me step by step through the graduate school admissions process. I reached out for help to countless individuals, but none provided the degree of assistance that Josh did. 10/10 would recommend

I applied to 5 Ivy League graduate programs and was accepted to all five with scholarships. I eventually accepted an offer from my dream program with a full two-year scholarship, and I will be graduating this spring from Harvard! I would absolutely not be where I am today without Tom. Prior to connecting with Tom, I didn't know anyone who had been accepted into similar grad programs, and had no idea how to approach the intimidating application process. Tom guided me through every stage of the process (from GRE prep up till final interviews), providing excellent advice, invaluable emotional support (applying to grad school is not fun!!!), and a true dedication to helping others succeed in their dreams. She was honest and constructive when I needed it, and has an attention to detail that made all the difference when reviewing SOPs and CVs. I cannot recommend Tom enough if you too are applying to grad or undergrad programs and could benefit from guidance throughout the process!!

During my sophomore year at Georgia State University, I met Jamila at a career organization event while applying for an IBM Marketing & Communications internship. I asked her to review my resume and she helped me effectively highlight my skills and achievements by using action verbs and quantifying my experiences. Because of her, I secured the interview and after I asked for her help again for behavioral interview preparation. We practiced common questions, and she taught me how to properly execute the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method to structure my responses. Thankfully to her guidance, I not only landed the IBM internship but also multiple offers since then. She inspired me to help others as well with securing internships. Jamila is truly one of a kind, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional constructive feedback skills.
