Andrew was one of the most entrepreneurial and innovative classmates that I had at MIT Sloan (we are both MBA class of 2022). Both during and after our time at MIT, Andrew has provided excellent career advice, helped me navigate career negotiations, and made high value introductions. When I was applying to business school, Andrew supported me from start to finish. As a coach and mentor, Spencer is second to none. He was my first supervisor at Bain and really invested in my development to help me learn the ropes of life in consulting. Annette was a personal mentor to me while taking a leadership position at Medtronic. Annette understood and coached me on how to see the big picture, manage stakeholders, foster relationships, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively.
