I would vouch for Liz time and time again. Liz was instrumental in supporting me in my move from Recruiter to HRBP. As my skip lead, Liz made it a point to ensure that she knew my career goals and aspirations, and supported me in those over the two years I worked within her team. Once I let it be known that I wanted to move into the HR space, Liz helped to carve out specific opportunities for me that could translate into HRBP work that would boost my resume.
