Stone has been a great coach and mentor both to me and to my colleagues. He is caring, thoughtful and a great motivator. He has excellent communication skills, with the ability to frame concepts in a way that is clear, concise and persuasive. He also has the ability to make anyone feel comfortable, which has made him easy to work with. His broad MBA network and excellent people skills would make him a great MBA admissions coach.

Ray quickly and kindly pointed out the mental blocks I'm blind to, that have been keeping me from moving forward. None of it felt heavy. I have now progressed from a User Researcher to a Senior Researcher in 2+ years with 5+ years in industry overall.
