Good Morning, I am honored to provide feedback to you on my experience with Denice. I began my coaching journey with Denice back in February of 2020. I only had a few weeks with Denice before COVID hit and shut everything down. Several months later, Goodwill "started up" our Executive Coaching program again, and I decided to stay with Denice. I can tell you that it was one of the best business decisions I had made. When I started working with Denice, I was a Sr. Director of Mission Services. The one item that I appreciated about Denice was her professionalism and ability she had to help me to see a much broader picture. Denice challenged me in the right ways, pushing me to look at the business and co-workers in a much more positive and empathetic way. Fast forward to 2024, I was promoted to a SVP/Chief Mission Officer of Goodwill. One of the main reasons why I was able to continue my growth with the Organization was because of the coaching Denice gave to me. We consistently met on a monthly basis, where Denice gave me "homework" for each one of our sessions. I appreciated this approach as she held me accountable in a positive manner to reach my business and personal goals. Kevin is one of the most knowledgeable people I know regarding overall consulting recruiting strategy and mastering case interviewing. He clearly is a veteran when it comes to handling all types/formats of consulting cases and managing differences between top firms, all while being easy to work with. Mike was my manager at Pandora for about 3 years. I struggle to think of a person that played a larger role in shaping my professional development than Mike. Technically, he is one of the sharpest statistical minds I’ve ever met. His ability to take complicated ideas and immediately hone in on the essence of the problem is unmatched. Finding straightforward simplicity in ill-defined technical problems is one of the hardest things in your career and Mike does it effortlessly. On the less technical side, Mike is unwaveringly calm and kind. He exhibits a quiet confidence and competence that was an inspiration. Navigating the temporary pressures of professional life can easily become overwhelming but they never seemed to phase Mike. Instead, he just relentlessly focused on doing the next right thing and, without fail, his teams found themselves proactively leading rather than reactively catching up.
