Rebecca has been a great coach to me through my entire career. When I was new at my role in Deloitte, she gave me practical tips on how I could stand out and take small but real steps to be successful in my role as a consultant. She helped me communicate my ideas in a succinct but effective manner so I could gain the trust of senior leaders while being at a relatively early stage in my career. When I began applying to business school, Rebecca was incredibly helpful in navigating me through a long and winding journey. She helped to frame my experience to build a compelling narrative for the admissions committee that still felt true to me, prepped me for my interviews so I could bring my most authentic self to these conversations and was a constant sounding board throughout the whole application process. Her candid but kind feedback was exactly what I needed to complete my application journey and land a spot at NYU Stern. Even post my MBA journey, Rebecca remains one of my key mentors. She provides insight on how I should approach my career post my MBA degree and how I should advocate for myself in a highly competitive and fast-paced corporate environment.

I’ve had the privilege of seeing Boone work with my child, and I can honestly say he made a huge difference in her college admissions journey. Sean is excellent at helping you find your authentic voice and making sure that "comes through". Sean coached me through my "TALK", a 20-30 minute speech about my life story, motivations, hopes fears dreams... very much not unlike the GSB What Matters Most essay! After many iterations, I feared my speech was losing my voice. Sean was able to quickly find places to interject my personality, humor, and reflections to make everything ring true to who I was. I have no doubt he would bring that same personal touch and effectiveness to MBA admissions coaching or any related work!

Ben and I worked together on a highly complex and technical project. I was impressed by his ability to effectively engage with engineering counterparts and product leadership simultaneously. His experience in both product marketing and product management shape him to be an incredibly well-rounded product leader with insights into several aspects of the product life cycle.
