I don't mind toughness and being held accountable, but I don't appreciate being talked down to. I felt that she had no confidence in my maths ability and that in turn affected my confidence and performance.

He inexplicably stopped responding to messages and I couldn’t get refunded by the platform.

Not sure what is the issue here but a courtesy message would've gone a long way to let me know he wasn't attending after the first reschedule message.

she was MIA - waited over 10 min and was a no show

I chose a 5 hour package to get some help on MBA essays and later on interviews. She made zero effort to know about my personal narrative and story for the essays and provided merely grammatical suggestions for my essays. She also took more than 24 hours to respond to my emails about everything. The worst part while prepping for interviews was that she abruptly cancelled a mock interview session 10 mins before the meeting and provided me with a lame excuse for it, and did not even try to reschedule it. She is not worth the money at all, and if you are looking for someone supportive, knowledgeable and professional, look somewhere else because she is definitely not the way to go!

My experience working under Stacy was unfortunately anything but positive. It felt as though no consideration or thought was given as to how the decisions she made would affect those working under her. We were an afterthought, a means to an end. At times it felt that the goal was to inflict as much suffering on us as was possible.
