I’m a professional management consulting coach with 15+ years of management consulting recruiting and career strategy experience. I’ve coached 300+ candidates across consulting, strategy, and business roles, helping clients land offers at MBB, Big 4, boutique consulting firms, and industry strategy teams. As a former consulting manager and hiring manager, I bring firsthand insight into how candidates are evaluated across resumes, networking, case interviews, behavioral interviews, executive presence, and offer readiness. My background combines consulting experience, recruiting judgment, and deep narrative positioning. I hold an MBA from Wharton and have worked across strategy consulting, healthcare, government, education, and entrepreneurship. As a current BCG Associate, I bring firsthand experience across the full consulting lifecycle—from due diligence to client delivery. I've worked on multi-billion dollar transactions spanning PE buy-sides and sell-sides, evaluated software and infrastructure assets, and independently led workstreams including client-facing demos of analytical tools I built from scratch. My background spans tech, industrial goods, defense, and operations. Before BCG, I interned at Altman Solon, where I developed strategic recommendations by synthesizing data across hundreds of locations and evaluating competitive positioning against 90+ players. I also bring an engineering lens from my time at Hypoflo, a surgical device startup, where I owned projects end-to-end and drove measurable cost savings. I graduated from Dartmouth with a dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, and Engineering Sciences plus a minor in Statistics. My team of 2 PhD students and I won first place globally in the 2025 MOPTA optimization competition and I have teaching experience mentoring 200+ students. I understand what it takes to land consulting offers because I've done it, and I'm passionate about helping others navigate the process.

I’ve been through the case interview process successfully across both Big 4 and MBB recruiting and have since supported many students and professionally preparing for consulting interviews. I spent 3 years at McKinsey & Company, where I worked on strategy and operating model transformations in the financial services industry. In addition to client work, I was an active member of McKinsey’s MBA recruiting team, where I helped lead the recruitment and evaluation of MBA candidates, supported recruiting events and outreach, and interviews.

I’ve spent 7 years at BCG, with 4 years in the U.S. and 3 years in Latin America (Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina)—not only leading high-impact projects as a Project Leader, but also serving as an interviewer across both regions. I know exactly what BCG looks for in candidates because I’ve evaluated them myself. Beyond my professional experience, I hold an MBA from Kellogg, where I was part of BCG’s on-campus recruiting team. During that time, I coached 30+ classmates throughout their consulting recruiting journeys, helping them craft their stories, master case interviews, and succeed in behavioral rounds.
