I've earned full-time interviews with all three MBB firms + OW, ultimately signing a full-time offer at BCG. Previous commercial consulting internship at Deloitte (M&A). I know the ins and outs of college recruiting and can help end-to-end from networking, resume, casing, behavioral prep to an overall recruiting strategy. I spent over 10 years at Boston Consulting Group, working across Europe, Asia, and North America. During my time at BCG, I served as a global lead recruiter, interviewing hundreds of candidates and touring major BCG offices worldwide to run interviews for all levels: undergraduates, MBAs, PhDs, and senior lateral hires. I still collaborate with BCG as an official coach for the BCG "Consulting Foundation Training", a week-long global onboarding program for new hires, which keeps me fully aligned with BCG’s most up-to-date evaluation criteria. Outside of my official BCG interviewing responsibilities, I have personally coached hundreds of MBB candidates, with most of them securing offers from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain. My coaching approach is structured, fast, and highly practical, focused on what top firms actually test: problem-solving clarity, communication under pressure, and business judgment. With six years at Bain & Company, I bring deep, firsthand experience in both interviewing and coaching candidates for management consulting roles. I’ve conducted dozens of formal first-round interviews for Associate Consultant (AC) and Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) positions, giving me a clear understanding of what top firms are looking for. In addition to formal interviews, I’ve spent the past nine years coaching undergraduate and graduate students through every stage of the recruiting process—from case prep to behavioral interviews and broader career strategy. Prior to the week of the application deadline, I'd never even heard of Bain. I came from a Political Science background and had spent my summers interning at refugee organizations and teaching English -- nowhere near Excel. I'd never even taken a business class, so I found the world of MBB recruiting daunting and totally foreign. That being said, I quickly learned that the kids who have been gunning for a management consulting job since freshmen year are not inherently better candidates. Regardless of your background, you can hold your own in a case interview, and I can help you get there!
