I spent over 10 years at Boston Consulting Group, working across Europe, Asia, and North America. During my time at BCG, I served as a global lead recruiter, interviewing hundreds of candidates and touring major BCG offices worldwide to run interviews for all levels: undergraduates, MBAs, PhDs, and senior lateral hires. I still collaborate with BCG as an official coach for the BCG "Consulting Foundation Training", a week-long global onboarding program for new hires, which keeps me fully aligned with BCG’s most up-to-date evaluation criteria. Outside of my official BCG interviewing responsibilities, I have personally coached hundreds of MBB candidates, with most of them securing offers from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain. With a robust background in management consulting, I bring over six years of experience at McKinsey & Company, where I rose to Associate Partner in <4 years after joining post-MBA as an Associate. My focus was on manufacturing and supply chain within the Operations practice, but I was involved in recruiting efforts across all practices, both generalist consultants and technical/specialist roles. I have given 100+ interviews and was extremely involved in recruiting, acting as recruiting lead for Chicago in some capacity from 2021-2025. I’ve spent the past five years at Bain across both consulting and talent development. I began on the consulting side, leading teams for clients in healthcare, tech, and private equity, before transitioning into Talent Development. Most recently, I led Bain New York’s Associate Consultant Program, overseeing the development, performance, and advising of early-career consultants. I’ve also been deeply involved in recruiting as an anchor interviewer and internship program lead, giving me a strong perspective on how candidates stand out, secure offers, and succeed at Bain.

Prior to starting at Kellogg, I was selected as a McKinsey Emerging Scholar and pursued management consulting post-MBA. I received 3/3 internship offers from McKinsey, BCG, & Bain. I've earned full-time interviews with all three MBB firms + OW, ultimately signing a full-time offer at BCG. Previous commercial consulting internship at Deloitte (M&A).
