I genuinely enjoy case interviews. I liked preparing for and completing case interviews when recruiting for consulting. Starting during my MBA, I have enjoyed helping others practice and improve their case interviewing. While attending Harvard Business School, I received internship offers from McKinsey (Houston), BCG (Middle East), and Bain & Company (Middle East). After completing a successful internship with Bain & Company (Middle East) and receiving a return full-time offer, I negotiated a counter offer from BCG which I accepted. While at BCG, I was an active member of the recruiting team regularly conducting dozens of case interviews each year.

With a robust background in management consulting, I bring over six years of experience at McKinsey & Company, where I rose to Associate Partner in <4 years after joining post-MBA as an Associate. My focus was on manufacturing and supply chain within the Operations practice, but I was involved in recruiting efforts across all practices, both generalist consultants and technical/specialist roles. I have given 100+ interviews and was extremely involved in recruiting, acting as recruiting lead for Chicago in some capacity from 2021-2025. I’m Georges a former Senior Manager at Bain & Company with over 8 years of experience in consulting, focusing on the Middle East market. I’ve worked across a diverse range of industries, from strategy development and performance improvement to merger integration and commercial due diligence, delivering results for top-tier clients, including government entities, sovereign wealth funds, and large corporations. During my time at Bain, I also took on leadership roles, such as recruiting for UK-based schools, where I mentored and supported numerous aspiring consultants.
