I’m a former Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group who was part of the recruiting team, met with students, and conducted case interviews. I've helped mentor and coach students and experience professionals for case interviews with success rates across MBB as well as industry jobs. At BCC I had experience advising Fortune 500 and global companies on growth strategy, operational transformation, pricing strategy, post-merger integration, and large-scale business optimization initiatives. I also earned my MBA from The Wharton School, where I graduated as a Palmer Scholar (top 5% of the class) and served as an Investment Banking & Career Coach through Wharton Career Management. Through both my professional and coaching experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of what top consulting firms look for in candidates and how to help people stand out in highly competitive recruiting processes. Over the years, I’ve coached 500+ students and young professionals pursuing opportunities across MBB, Tier 2 consulting firms, strategy boutiques, finance, IB, and corporate strategy roles. My coaching experience includes resume and application reviews, behavioral interview prep, casing, networking strategy, presentation and deck-building guidance, and overall recruiting strategy. I’ve also led mock interviews, live casing sessions, and recruiting prep workshops designed to simulate real consulting interviews and help candidates improve structured thinking, communication, confidence, and performance under pressure. I genuinely enjoy mentoring candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and helping them maximize their potential while navigating consulting recruiting with more clarity and confidence.

I earned my own MBA sponsorship at Deloitte and have since coached many others to do the same. Welcome to my profile! I'm Alexander Liebeskind, a former Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company in the digital and advanced analytics practice. During my time at McKinsey, I developed technology strategy and implemented analytics capabilities for a broad suite of clients across industries. Beyond management consulting, I also have experience applying to graduate engineering programs and scholarships such as the Fulbright, through which I currently work as a computer science researcher at the Technical University of Munich. Prior to these endeavors, I graduated from Columbia University as a Egleston Scholar, where I studied computer engineering, applied mathematics, and political science. During my 4 years at Bain, I was actively involved in the interview process for prospective candidates. I served as a formal Bain first round interviewer for two years, so I understand what MBB firms are looking for during interviews and how you will be assesses. I also let the Bain recruiting efforts at Notre Dame, including the process of reviewing applications and selecting candidates for the interview process. I have served as a case prep mentor for 20+ applicants, 70% of whom landed MBB offers; I met with them periodically to practice case interviews and provide constructive feedback so they can build the confidence and skills to succeed.
