I’m a former McKinsey Business Analyst with experience on both sides of the table, as a successful applicant and as a recruiter. I know what MBB and other top firms are looking for, and how to help you stand out. While at McKinsey, I led campus recruiting efforts for WashU, where I evaluated hundreds of consulting candidates. I ran case prep workshops, reviewed resumes, and 1:1 coaching sessions to prepare students for the rigorous interview process. Internally, I also led a hiring accelerator for a client where I built the hiring rubrics, screened applications, and advised executives on who to interview and hire, giving me firsthand insight into how firms make hiring decisions. Today, I’m on Google’s Business Operations & Strategy team — a small, high-impact group that drives cross-functional AI strategy across the company. As a coach, I’ve helped 50+ candidates land offers. I genuinely enjoy case interviews. I liked preparing for and completing case interviews when recruiting for consulting. Starting during my MBA, I have enjoyed helping others practice and improve their case interviewing. While attending Harvard Business School, I received internship offers from McKinsey (Houston), BCG (Middle East), and Bain & Company (Middle East). After completing a successful internship with Bain & Company (Middle East) and receiving a return full-time offer, I negotiated a counter offer from BCG which I accepted. While at BCG, I was an active member of the recruiting team regularly conducting dozens of case interviews each year.

I'm a former Associate Partner at McKinsey (12 years, energy & industrials), where I conducted 50+ real interviews: case and PEI, from entry-level Analysts to Engagement Managers, across both generalist and expert tracks. Per McKinsey's internal calibration reports, I scored stricter than the average interviewer, so I know exactly where the bar sits, and I won't tell you you're ready when you're not. I'm also a trained executive coach. That combination matters: most coaches can tell you what went wrong in a case. My job is to change how you perform under pressure incl. structure, math, business judgment, fit stories, and the top-down presence partners expect — so the fix sticks on interview day. Sessions are built around a first diagnostic mock, then a focused plan on your actual gaps — no generic framework drilling.

MBA from SDA Bocconi and Columbia Business School, mechanical engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano and the University of Illinois. The goal is — almost metaphysically — to become an external observer of the case: understand its strategy, anticipate its moves, and stay present, balanced and centred in every moment of the interview. From direct experience, having lived through all of these dynamics myself — the doubts about whether you're investing your time in a way that's functional, constructive and not dispersive, the setbacks and the ability to learn from them — I'm able to accompany you through this as well, which is one of the most important parts of the journey. The other aspect we'll work on, and that almost no one addresses, is the psychological side: managing pressure, picking yourself up after a mistake, building confidence in yourself, learning to communicate that confidence and knowing your own worth.
