We’ll also break down how to tailor applications efficiently, balance quality with quantity, and avoid the common mistakes that slow candidates down during the recruiting process.
The session also dives into one of the most important parts of recruiting today: networking. Attendees will learn when and how to leverage networking strategically to secure coffee chats, referrals, interviews, and opportunities. We’ll cover outreach strategies, relationship-building techniques, and how to approach conversations with confidence and professionalism.
We’ll also cover the foundations of interviewing, including how to structure strong responses to behavioral, hypothetical, and general interview questions. The goal is to help attendees communicate their experiences clearly, tell stronger stories, and perform more confidently throughout interviews and recruiting conversations.
