Navigating Dual/Concurrent Degrees: MBA + Policy, Education, and STEM [6/11/2026] (Recording)

Navigating Dual/Concurrent Degrees: MBA + Policy, Education, and STEM [6/11/2026] (Recording)

For some applicants, a traditional MBA is not the only path. Joint and concurrent degree programs can offer powerful ways to build interdisciplinary expertise, but they require careful strategic consideration. This session will explore when pairing an MBA with another graduate degree makes sense, how to evaluate program structures and tradeoffs, and how to determine whether a dual-degree path aligns with your long-term goals. Attendees will also learn how admissions committees assess dual-degree applicants and what makes for a compelling rationale.

Why MBA, Why Now, Why [X] Program: Answers that Define Your App [6/11/2026] (Recording)

Few questions matter more in MBA admissions than why you want an MBA, why this is the right moment, and why a particular program is the right fit. Yet many applicants answer them superficially. This session will explore how to develop thoughtful, credible, and differentiated responses to these foundational questions, and why the quality of those answers often determines the strength of the entire application. Attendees will leave with a framework for articulating a sharper and more persuasive admissions narrative.

Summer Sprint: Jumpstart Your PE Recruiting Prep [6/11/2026] (Recording)

Summer Sprint: Jumpstart Your PE Recruiting Prep [6/11/2026] (Recording)

In this session, you will leave knowing how to structure your PE recruiting timeline before fall cycles accelerate, what sourcing and deal experience interviewers actually weight when screening candidates, and how to position your background for firms at different stages and strategies. These are the patterns that consistently separate candidates who get to final rounds from those who stall early. Attending live means you can ask directly about your specific profile and hear how those details change the advice, context a recording cannot give you. The coach works with PE candidates daily and will share the same frameworks they use when evaluating where a candidate actually stands and what needs to move first.

McKinsey PEI - Story Development Worksheet

McKinsey PEI - Story Development Worksheet

This worksheet helps you develop and structure a strong PEI story in three steps. First, it focuses on the key takeaways you're communicating to the interviewer about how you embody the theme in question. Then, it uses vignettes to showcase how you demonstrate the trait. Finally, it uses the pyramid principle to structure the whole story to lead with the answer.

Intel Collection for the MBA: Schools, Careers, and the Application [6/11/2026] (Recording)

Intel Collection for the MBA: Schools, Careers, and the Application [6/11/2026] (Recording)

This is the second session in the MDMP for MBA series series structured around the seven phases of the Military Decision-Making Process. Each session stands on its own, but together they form a complete framework for military and veteran applicants to systematically and strategically approach the MBA admissions process. In this session, we'll focus on mission analysis and cover how to collect HUMINT and AI-enabled SIGINT to improve your understanding of the critical elements of MBA application: target schools (including class profiles, employment outcomes, and culture), post-MBA career paths (industries, functions, recruiting pipelines, compensation), and the components of the application itself (essays, recommendations, and academic preparation. We'll also cover resources available to military and veteran applicants, from the GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon to Service to School and school veterans clubs. By the end, you'll know how to build your candidate school list, how to research post-MBA careers, and how to gather the intelligence that makes every later decision in the process a sound one. Hosted by Ian Kennedy, former Army Special Forces (18E, 1st SFG) and Stanford MBA/MS, who has coached military and veteran applicants into admissions at Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, LBS, Duke, and more.

From Idea to Product with AI Agents [6/11/2026] (Recording)

After this session, you will know how to move from a raw product idea to a working prototype using AI agents, without a traditional engineering team. We'll cover how to scope an agent-driven build, which tools actually hold up in production, and how to think about iteration when the system is doing the work for you. Attending live means you can describe your specific idea or constraint and hear how to approach it directly, which is context a recording cannot give you. The coach works on AI-powered product development daily, and this session is a chance to see how that thinking applies in real time.

Build Your Own Competitive Research Agent

Build Your Own Competitive Research Agent

SESSION GUIDE: https://www.lelandcourses.com/ai-builder/competitive-research-agent/ Competitive research is the thing you do once, mean to update, and then never touch again until your CEO asks for it on a Tuesday morning. By then it's six months old, and your competitors have shipped three more things. In this exclusive AI Builder session, D'Aaron Gonzalez will walk you step by step through building a competitive research agent powered by Claude, one that pulls from public sources, tracks your competitors over time, and keeps the picture fresh without the manual lift. By the end of the hour you'll have a working agent ready to put to work the next morning. But the research agent is just the on-ramp. The real takeaway is the playbook: how to turn any "I should keep tabs on this" task into something AI does for you, on a schedule. First competitors. Next industry news, regulatory changes, your customers' product launches, your own pipeline. Same skill, different shape. D'Aaron builds with AI for a living. Now he'll do it with you. Open exclusively to AI Builder Program members.

Build a Cold Outbound Email Agent

Build a Cold Outbound Email Agent

SESSION GUIDE: https://www.lelandcourses.com/ai-builder/cold-outbound-email-agent/ The math of cold outbound never quite works. A genuinely personalized email takes twenty minutes. A templated one gets a one percent reply rate. Either way, you're losing time. In this exclusive AI Builder session, Jonathan McLemore will walk you step by step through building a cold outbound email agent powered by Claude, one that researches every prospect on your lead list, writes a personalized first-touch email for each, and queues them up for you to review before sending. By the end of the hour you'll have a working agent ready to put to work the next morning. But the email agent is just the on-ramp. The real takeaway is the playbook: how to turn a one-off chat with AI into a repeatable system that processes an entire list the same way, every time. First outbound. Next a lead qualification agent, a customer research bot, a weekly report that writes itself. Same skill, different shape. Jonathan builds AI automations for sales teams as the founding solutions engineer at Plinko Solutions. He's done this for a living. Now he'll do it with you. Open exclusively to AI Builder Program members.

Build Your Personal Budget with Claude

Build Your Personal Budget with Claude

SESSION GUIDE: https://www.lelandcourses.com/ai-builder/personal-budget-build/ Most personal budgets die by February. You build a beautiful spreadsheet in January, miss a week of updates, and never open it again. The numbers stop matching reality, and the plan stops working. In this exclusive AI Builder session, Ben Lazaroff will walk you step by step through building a personal budget powered by Claude. By the end of the hour you'll have a working AI that tracks where your money goes, flags when you're drifting, and tells you in plain English whether you can swing that flight home this summer. But the budget is just the on-ramp. The real takeaway is the playbook: how to hand any messy, recurring part of your life over to AI. First a budget. Next a meal planner, a job search tracker, a CFO for your side hustle. Same skill, different shape. Ben has spent his career thinking about how money moves: private equity at Bain, economic development policy at the Chicago Mayor's Office. Same rigor, much smaller balance sheet. You'll be building alongside him in real time. No demo, no notes for later. You'll leave with a finished budget and a clearer sense of what else you could build next.

Build a Meal Planning Agent

Build a Meal Planning Agent

SESSION GUIDE: https://www.lelandcourses.com/ai-builder/meal-planning-agent/ Most meal plans assume you live alone, eat anything, and have unlimited time on Sundays. None of that is true. By Tuesday the plan starts slipping. By Thursday you're at the drive-thru wondering why you bought all those bell peppers. In this exclusive AI Builder session, Jake Evans will walk you step by step through building a meal planning agent powered by Claude. By the end of the hour you'll have a working AI that knows your diet, your fitness goals, your weekly schedule, the foods you actually like, and the three things your kid will refuse to touch under any circumstance. Tell it you have 20 minutes and a half-empty fridge, and it will tell you what to make. But the meal planner is just the on-ramp. The real takeaway is the playbook: how to hand any messy, recurring part of your life over to AI. First dinner. Next a packing assistant, a homework tutor, a family travel agent, a workout planner that adapts to how you actually slept. Same skill, different shape. Jake is a full-stack developer, which is a fancy way of saying he's the rare coach who can actually build the thing he's teaching you to build. He's done this for a living. Now he'll do it with you. You'll be building alongside him in real time. No demo, no notes for later. You'll leave with a finished agent and a clearer sense of what else you could build next.

Build a Personal AI That Schedules Your Life Over Text

Build a Personal AI That Schedules Your Life Over Text

SESSION GUIDE: https://www.lelandcourses.com/ai-builder/personal-ai-scheduler/ You text "dentist tomorrow 3 to 4pm, bring x-rays" and it's on your calendar before you put your phone down. Join Luca Tomasino, AI Automation Expert and n8n specialist who has coached over 100 professionals on building real AI workflows, for an exclusive AI Builder session where you'll create a Telegram bot that reads your messages, checks your Google Calendar for conflicts, and books your events automatically over text. You'll build the entire thing inside n8n from scratch, live, in under an hour. By the end of the session, you'll text your own bot and watch the event land on your calendar in real time, not in a demo, on your actual phone. This isn't a tutorial you'll finish later. Luca will walk you through every node, every connection, and every decision as you build, teaching you the core n8n concepts that unlock every other automation you'll ever want to build: triggers, AI agents with structured output, conditional logic, and multiple API integrations, all in one flow.

Deploy Your Own App

Deploy Your Own App

SESSION GUIDE: https://www.lelandcourses.com/ai-builder/deploy-an-app/ Vibe coding got you to a working app. Now how do you actually get it on your phone, or anyone else's? Join Jon Metz, Principal AI Product Manager at Nike, for a hands-on session covering everything between finished code and a real product. Whether you're trying to launch something to the world, get your app on the App Store for a real user base, or just want that AI personal trainer you built last week actually living on your phone, Jon will walk you through how to get there. You'll cover Apple Developer setup, connecting Claude Code to your Supabase backend, the final production checklist, and how to install an app on your own device without touching the App Store at all. Come with your own app or use the example. Either way, you leave with something real on a real device.
