Crack the Quant: A Framework for Case Math and Exhibits [7/1/2026] (Recording)

Case math and exhibits are where most candidates lose points, and most prep resources gloss over them. As a former Ross peer coach and BCG interviewer, I know what interviewers are actually looking for, and this session will help prepare you to excel. We'll walk through a custom framework for tackling quant questions and chart reads with structure and confidence, then apply it live to a real exhibit so you can see exactly how it works in practice. A Repeatable Framework for Case Math & Exhibits: Stop reacting to exhibits and start working through them with a repeatable process from the moment the chart hits the table to the moment you drive toward a recommendation. -How to orient yourself to any exhibit quickly: what to read, what to flag, and what to ask before you share insights -A structured way to surface insights at two levels: what the chart shows and what it actually means for the case -A three-part calculation approach that keeps you from doing math aimlessly, so every number you solve for has a purpose and a payoff -What interviewers are actually evaluating when they hand you an exhibit Live Walkthrough: Watch the framework applied to a real exhibit from start to finish.

Winning Essays from My Stanford GSB Admits [7/24/2026] (Recording)

Winning Essays from My Stanford GSB Admits [7/24/2026] (Recording)

Many applicants find a way to write at least one strong essay. But those who really maximize the essay-writing process develop clear narrative through-lines that connect the dots of their life, and articulate how they'll contributions to their target brand. Their two-dimensional writing brings out a three-dimensional personality. They have a “brand”. You know what they’re all about. This event will draw from example essays written by successful admits who I've personally coached, and helped land a spot at one or more top MBA programs. These essays were particularly strong in how they spoke to one another—how they created a holistic applicant who admissions committees could envision on campus. Their professional and judiciously placed personal experience offer evidence for why they’re the kind of person who will make a specific, meaningful difference in the world. During this session, we'll analyze these essays alongside you so you have a clear view into how you can apply what you've learned to your own writing, and put your best application forward for Stanford's top MBA program.

Intel Collection for the MBA: Schools, Careers, and the Application [6/11/2026] (Recording)

This is the second session in the MDMP for MBA series series structured around the seven phases of the Military Decision-Making Process. Each session stands on its own, but together they form a complete framework for military and veteran applicants to systematically and strategically approach the MBA admissions process. In this session, we'll focus on mission analysis and cover how to collect HUMINT and AI-enabled SIGINT to improve your understanding of the critical elements of MBA application: target schools (including class profiles, employment outcomes, and culture), post-MBA career paths (industries, functions, recruiting pipelines, compensation), and the components of the application itself (essays, recommendations, and academic preparation. We'll also cover resources available to military and veteran applicants, from the GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon to Service to School and school veterans clubs. By the end, you'll know how to build your candidate school list, how to research post-MBA careers, and how to gather the intelligence that makes every later decision in the process a sound one. Hosted by Ian Kennedy, former Army Special Forces (18E, 1st SFG) and Stanford MBA/MS, who has coached military and veteran applicants into admissions at Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, LBS, Duke, and more.

Senior Signal Toolkit

A practical communication playbook engineered by Caolan Hunter to help rising executives and international leaders eliminate deferential language habits and command presence in global rooms. Designed as an immediate diagnostic and behavioral overhaul, this resource provides: 1. The Deferential Trap & Language Swaps: High-impact substitutions that shift tone from passive support ("I was just wondering if...") to decisive strategic ownership ("My recommendation is B—here's why..."). 2. The Five Strategic Entry-Lines: Field-tested opening phrasing to set strategic frames, highlight hidden risk, execute secure disagreement, and anchor conversations with executive rigor. 3. The 60-Second Self-Introduction Reframe: A three-part formula designed to replace career chronologies with a high-leverage value proposition, explicit proof points, and a contextual hook. 4. The Rapid Confidence Audit: A 10-second diagnostic tool to interrupt self-censorship, pivot instantly to bottom-line messaging, and assert authority in high-stakes environments.

XYZ Holiday Parks: Full Case + Model Answers

XYZ Holiday Parks: Full Case + Model Answers

The exact case I ran live in Inside the Interview Room, now with the full model solution written out. Covers all 5 questions: structuring the profit drivers, estimating revenue under pressure, calculating EBIT, assessing the acquisition with a competitive framework, and testing MECE logic on a growth question. Each question includes what the interviewer is actually scoring, not just the "right" answer. Best for anyone prepping for MBB case interviews who wants to practice with real interview-style questions and see exactly how a structured answer should look.
