I’ve also interviewed 100+ candidates, so I have a clear sense of what hiring teams actually look for. As an ICF-certified life coach with 100+ hours of coaching experience, I’ve helped people navigate everything from career changes to personal crossroads. Coaching brings together my industry experience and my passion for helping others—and there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone step confidently into their next chapter.

I'm a senior product manager on the Copilot Agents team, where I focus on building Declarative Copilot (similar to GPTs) platform. I help developers and makers enhance Copilot to bring more AI power to their users, always considering the needs of makers, developers, end users, and IT admins. I also work on the M365 app platform, where I build SDKs and foster an ecosystem that helps developers create M365 apps to better serve their customers. Additionally, I contribute to Content Actions, enabling developers to build features that make accessing content from the M365 platform easier. I also dive deep into data analytics, bringing data-driven insights to our customers and internal teams.

Trovo.live - Video Game Live Streaming Platform Led product manager in the Trovo US team and drove the core creator experience. Initiated and launched the Creator Studio web application and mobile streaming tools. Iterated over creator experience by driving user research; defining project scopes, priorities and deliverables; and managing cross functional collaborations. Spearheaded the development of the global instant payout system and monetization experience for creators. Empowered core creators with leading payout speed among competing platforms. Built the 1st global payout system for vast end users in Tencent that supports US and EU regions, by resolving complications in global finance, tax, legal and operation processes. Initiated Trovo’s live streaming eco-system by launching the developer open platform and public APIs. Developed and managed relationships with external partners, including large business partners and mid/small 3rd-party developers, for product integrations.
